OpsCenter's Staff Management functionality provides contact information and visibility to the response staff regardless of location. Essential for Virtual EOC implementations.
Virtual EOCs are a technique used by organizations to avoid requiring the entire staff come to one room. The challenge that comes with Virtual EOCs however, is being able to see who is performing each role when managing the situation, where is everyone, and how to communicate with each of them. Fortunately, OpsCenter solves these problems.
When a user logs onto OpsCenter they confirm their location, their contact information and which roles they are performing as a part of the response.

Each section has its own staffing report, allowing responders to easily determine who is logged onto the system and what roles are currently staffed. Another one of the images above shows the OpsCenter Staffing Report page that reflects the EOC Manager role for the 'Command' section.
The OpsCenter Staffing Reports are fully configurable. An organization can create as many as they like with whatever roles are necessary to reflect their organizational structure. When a user name is clicked on an OpsCenter Staffing Report the system shows that user's location, contact information, the roles they are authorized to perform and the roles they are currently performing.
